Men's Light Jacket

How could something this thin and light be your jacket of choice when running in freezing cold temperatures? Last winter, in the Boilermaker offices, we passed around this jacket to test whether or not what was said about this jacket's performance was actually true...Suffice to say, the jacket couldn't live on our laps. This would be our last layer on a cold day.
